GI (Galvanized Pipe) Earthing Electrodes

GI Electrodes ISI Certified made od iron pipes manufactured pipes GI earthing electrodes are manufactured with ISI certified iron pipes. These pipes are given 100 - 150 microns zinc coating by hot dipping process.

GI Electrodes are long lasting becasue it contains nn corrosive minarals. Mostly used in industrial earthing, generator earthing installation, transformer neutral earthing and lightning arrestor earthing.

Copper Bonded Pipes

Copper Bonded Pipes are manufactured from ISI certified mild steel pipe, Copper is molecularly bonded to nickel sealed steel pipe to avoid copper to steel merging. Bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling, so that no steel part is exposed. Minimum 100 microns copper coating thickness suitable for sea- shore area. Employed in places where soil resistivity is very low, where GI Pipes cannot be used because of corrosive nature of soil.

Copper Bonded Rod

Superior Quality Low Carbon , High Tensile strength steel rods are molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic quality copper to nickel coated steel rods ensuring greater performance and double protection 250 microns copper as required under UL 467 and IEE Spec- life span is excellent in corrosive soil bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling, so that no steel part is exposed.

C.I ( Cast Iron )

Cast Iron Pipe Earthing Electrode is produced by casting process including accessories like flange, hot dip galvanized Clamp, Cast Iron and GI funnel with mesh. The electrode having 100 mm dia, 13 mm wall thickness 1.8 to 3 meter long with suitable clamp and funnel

Copper Plate Earthing

Copper Plates are required in earth because copper has very low resistance and good conductor of electricity. The copper plate is used to pass the fault current with a minimum resitance of the circuit.

Conversonal Arresster

Pure copper / Copper Bonded / Stainless Steel Rods foxed on a Nylon insulated which is custom made by using Nylon-66 which provides good mechanical strength and proper insulation to the air terminals. The insulated base has a die- electric strength of 15000 KV as required.
